Recommendations and precautions
Use laminating film of appropriate size for the material being laminated.
Do not reuse leftover laminating film scraps, as the excess will melt and stick to the heating rollers inside the machine if the film is not properly overlapped, causing it to stick. This can cause jamming.
The width of the lamination slot must be wider than the size of the material to be laminated to ensure that all material is laminated evenly across the entire sheet without air bubbles or jamming.
For hot laminators, the most important thing is to check that the heat is appropriate for the thickness of the material. If it's too low, the plastic won't melt, and if it's too hot, the plastic will wrinkle. The heat setting won't be constant all at once. We should set the temperature low and gradually increase it to suit the workpiece.
