Recommendations and precautions
Use laminating film that is the appropriate size for the material you want to laminate.
Do not reuse leftover laminating film scraps. If the film does not overlap properly, the excess will melt and stick to the heating rollers inside the machine, causing the lamination to jam.
The laminating slot width must be wider than the size of the material you are laminating to ensure that all material is laminated evenly without air bubbles or jams.
For hot laminators, the most important thing is to check that the heat is correct for the thickness of the material. Because if the temperature is too low, the plastic won't melt, and if it's too hot, the plastic will wrinkle. The heating temperature shouldn't be constant all at once. We should start with a low temperature and gradually increase it to suit the workpiece.
